At WWT, we have taken the decision not to offer membership extensions. This is for a number of reasons, including the cost and environmental impact of sending out new membership cards.
However, we recognise the impact closing our doors has had on our members and we want to do all we can to help. If you are concerned about not being able to continue your membership for financial reasons, we would like to help.Find out if you’re eligible for help with your membership.
Sorry, we can only refund your admission ticket from the price of your membership if you join on site on the day of your visit.
